My Dearest --;
I would promise you the world if only I knew I could deliver. I would stop time in the moment you were most happy, even if it did not involve me. I would kiss your face a thousand times and a thousand times more just to hear the happy sigh escape your perfect lips if I knew that you wanted me. I would crawl and beg and plead and submitanything to make you happy. I would do anything, you need only ask. For you, the impossible would be possible.
There are so many things that I can't promise you. I can't promise that everything will go right and that there will never be pain and that that we'll never have hard times. I can't promise that I'll never scream or break your things or run away or ask you to leave. I can't even promise that by the end of this you won't hate me. I'd never make you stay.
But here's what I can promise you: I will always be your rock, steady when you rage or scream or cannot get out of bed. I will always be there to hold your hand when you're terrified or sad or lonely. I will always celebrate your victories, even when they eclipse my own. I will drink champagne though I don't like it and I will smile even when my heart is breaking. I will always love you. I will always think of you and wonder how you are and hope that you are safe. I will never be disappointed in you, even when you are disappointed in yourself. I will cry with you, laugh with you, love you. For as long as you want meI will be here.

Critiques
"Always Be" is beautifully written in a simplistic heart to heart form that appeals to one immediately upon reading.
The piece flows smoothly from promising the world, to stopping time, to promising to always be there for that person, no matter what. Even while stating what she cannot promise one notices the love that's woven into the piece.
We've all experienced these feelings at one time or another, and this piece brings them all to focus very beautifully.
